Camera Operator

A Camera Operator frames and operates a camera — broadcast shoulder cam, ENG style, or PTZ — feeding the V1's switcher. Good camera ops anticipate speaker movement, match white balance to the other cameras, and communicate clearly via intercom with the V1.
