Monitor Engineer

The Monitor Engineer operates a dedicated console (usually side-stage) to build custom in-ear or wedge mixes for each performer. Every performer has a different mix: the drummer wants more click, the vocalist wants less guitar. The Monitor Engineer adjusts in real time at the performer's request.
