Moving Head Anatomy

A moving head (automated fixture) consists of: base (houses power supply and data board), yoke (pan arm connecting base to head), head (the light source and optics module with gobo wheel, color wheel, zoom, and iris), pan and tilt motors, and DMX data input/output connections.
