Throw ratio determines how far back the projector must be for a given screen width. Short-throw lenses work in tight rooms; long-throw lenses work from FOH. Use lens shift (not keystone) to align the image. Brightness (lumens) must exceed room ambient light — plan for at least 4,000 lumens for a lit conference room.
